Leslie Kratcoski is vice president of investor relations at Snap-on Incorporated, a leading global innovator, manufacturer and marketer of tools, equipment, diagnostics, repair information and systems solutions for professional users performing critical tasks with $2.6 billion in annual sales. Since joining the company in 2009, she has been responsible for all aspects of Snap-on's investor relations program. She has over 20 years of business experience, 12 of which have been in investor relations.
Prior to joining Snap-on, she was vice president of investor relations and corporate communications at Beazer Homes USA Inc., one of the top 10 US homebuilders, which she joined in 2003 and where she was responsible for investor relations, shareholder services, corporate media relations and internal and external communications. From 1998 to 2003, she was with PRG-Schultz International, Inc., an international business services firm, where she was responsible for all aspects of PRG-Schultz's investor relations and external communications programs. She also has significant banking experience, having served as a senior business development officer for four years with the global corporate and investment bank of ING Barings in the Netherlands, and in various commercial banking positions with NationsBank in Florida for four years.
In addition to managing all elements of investor relations, corporate communications and shareholder services programs, Leslie has extensive experience effectively communicating to various constituencies on high-impact situations including industry challenges, earnings surprises, acquisitions/divestitures, strategic realignments, securities offerings, activist shareholders, asset impairments, management changes, financial restatements and government investigations.
Kratcoski earned a B.S.B.A degree with a major in finance and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Florida, and she also holds an International M.B.A. degree from Nyenrode University, The Netherlands Business School.
