Felise Glantz Kissell is Vice President of Investor Relations at HSN, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSNI), a $3.2 billion interactive multichannel retailer. Kissell is responsible for developing and managing the company's investor relations function which includes all communication with the Wall Street community. She joined the company in November 2008. Kissell has 20 years of investor relations and capital markets expertise, in addition to having spearheaded numerous strategic initiatives to drive shareholder value.
From October 2005-November 2008, Kissell was Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development for Maidenform Brands, Inc. Among her responsibilities was the development and execution of the company's award-winning Wall Street communications, in addition to assisting the company in identifying and prioritizing specific sales growth opportunities. Kissell worked with the Maidenform executive team in evaluating, recommending and executing strategic growth initiatives.
From March 2002 to September 2005, Kissell was Vice President, Investor Relations and Finance for AFC Enterprises, a company that owned and franchised a number of well-known restaurant brands at the time that she joined, including Popeyes, Church's Chicken, Cinnabon and Seattle's Best Coffee. In 2002, Kissell also was an Adjunct Professor at the Management Institute School of Continuing and Professional Studies at New York University where she developed a course on capital markets and influences on investor relations.
Previously, Kissell had spent two years with Thomson Financial where she served as a Senior Advisor in their Global Consulting practice. Kissell began her IR career with The Carson Group, a capital markets services firm where she served as Managing Director and Partner. Kissell received her bachelor's degree from Colby College which included a special grant to study at the Gustav Mahler Society in Vienna, Austria. She also received her Executive MBA from Fordham University. Kissell serves on the NIRI New York Board which included a year as a former chapter president . She also serves on the MIR Advisory Council for Fordham University's Graduate School of Business.
