Scott Deitz has more than 25 years of corporate and financial communications experience including: comprehensive investor relations activities, IPO and special-situation events, merger and acquisition communications, financial media relations, government affairs, crisis communication, executive coaching and C-suite messaging, and communication-driven change management. His skills are global in scope, with experience at Fortune 500 public companies and businesses that are leaders in their sectors.
Mr. Deitz works in the Corporate Issues and Financial Communications Groupand is a member of the firm's global Financial Communications Practice Group. His projects include counseling corporate executives on strategic and day-to-day investor relations and financial communications activities; strategic public relations; advancing and managing company and executive reputations;and implementing and assessing effective approaches to achieving a premium reputation andvaluation, public policy and sustainability. He has also been active in advancing the interests of community and international not-for-profit organizations.
Mr. Deitz holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison. He has studied at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and Sweden's Krauthammer International. Mr. Deitz has served as adjunct instructor of public relations at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point and often lectures in various academic and professional settings. He is an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
