Senior Vice President, Investor Relations
Mr. Dragics is Senior Vice President, Investor Relations for CACI International Inc, an information technology company with fiscal 2009 revenue of approximately $2.7 billion.
Mr. Dragics joined CACI in August 1998 to manage the company's overall investor relations program. CACI's investor relations area is the primary interface between the company and its shareholders and members of the investment community, providing information and coordination to meet the needs of the analytical community and current and potential investors in CACI common stock. During his tenure, Mr. Dragics has constructed and directed a proactive investor relations program that resulted in CACI's institutional shareholder base growing from 64 firms to over 220; sell-side coverage growing from three analysts to 21; and market capitalization growing from just under $200 million to over $1.6 billion in less than three years. He also instituted a program that increased the number of CACI executives that present at conferences and meet with investors from three to ten.
Before joining CACI, Mr. Dragics had over 25 years of experience in investor relations, finance, strategic planning, marketing and operations in banking, financial services, aviation services, and high technology firms that support government and industry. His experience also includes serving as Senior Business Operations Manager on large commercial outsourcing contracts as well as being a business manager at the corporate level overseeing operating activities.
Mr. Dragics's experience in the investor relations area and investment community, prior to joining CACI, includes directing and managing the investor relations programs for two NYSE-listed companies, where he won awards for annual reports he developed and produced. He has been a registered representative, with experience in both the retail and institutional segments of the market. He also has ten years of strategic planning and merger and acquisition experience in financial institutions.
Mr. Dragics is a retired colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, having served 26 years of both active and reserve duty in Military Intelligence. He is a Vietnam veteran, has commanded two units, and was called back to active duty for Operation Desert Storm, where he directed operations for the Defense Intelligence Agency's Desert Storm Task Force. He has studied the Middle East for over 27 years and has authored classified studies on military capabilities of several countries in that region.
Mr. Dragics holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of The Ohio State University Athletic Committee, the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), and the Naval Academy Sailing Squadron (NASS), where he is a volunteer assistant coach for the sailing program.
